The chef team is award-winning and hand-picked, led by the head chef Guowei Zhou from Shandong province in northern China.
Fei focuses on three of China's eight cuisines: Cantonese, Sichuan, and Zhejiang. In our Fei For A Day offer, you enjoy Fei's popular 7-course sharing menu with dishes from the three cuisines.
