Hobo Helsinki

Lovely hotel. Cool, tasteful decor, the rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are great, one of the best hotel showers I've ever had. Good beds (and I'm fussy because of lower back pain), choice of pillows, very quiet. Helpful, friendly staff on reception 24 hours. Short walk to the train station. Breakfast is fantastic.

I am a strawberry member and when checking into the hotel, the receptionist offered to upgrade the room class on his own initiative and made sure if I had any wishes regarding the location of the room. The room and the hotel facilities were clean, comfortable and relaxed. At night, a loud party started in the next room, and when I called the reception about it, the matter was resolved in five minutes! The customer service really is first class in my experience.

It was not nice to be Strawberry member and got charged for the regular coffee even dough I informed about my membership. I think it will be good to work on it. The girl on the reception did ask about the membership,I informed it by myself but still there was no attention

All perfect very clean very friendly and most important the location is amazing if u visit Finland and elnsiki.thx for all guys in the reseption p/s.thx million 4 the flip flops blue and red.if I ever visit Finland I cone back to u guys the young boy at the bar very good.

Very noisy do not stay on the 7th floor if there is any snow. We were kept awake by what sounded like a cattle stampede or tap dancers from 2:00 a.m. until 5:00 a.m.. The front desk said that they were clearing snow from the roof and that there was nothing they could do about the noise. Therefore, I would not stay here between the months of September and April to avoid snow clearing noise. The breakfast was excellent. It included omelets pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bacon, baked goods, fruit, bread and they have a fully automatic coffee maker that makes cappuccino. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. But what good is a comfortable bed when it's too noisy to sleep in?
